This policy explains what information Alabbasia International Transport Company (“Alabbasia”, “we”) receives through this website and when you contact us, and how we use it. Our office is at Zam Zam, Hijra Street, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

What the website collects

The website does not store what you type. When you fill in the booking form and press “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing your answers. Nothing is sent to us until you send that message yourself.

The website remembers the language you chose (English, Arabic or Urdu) in your own browser, so the next page you open is in the same language. It does not use cookies of its own, analytics or advertising trackers.

What you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive what you choose to share, usually:

• your name and phone number;
• your travel dates, the number of travellers and where you are travelling from;
• your flight, hotel or pickup details;
• for a visa, the documents the application needs, such as passport copies and photographs.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer you, to quote and arrange your Umrah package, transport, ziyarat, hotel or visa, and to stay in touch during your trip. To arrange a booking we share the details it needs with the people providing the service, such as hotels, airlines, our drivers and, for visas, the Saudi authorities. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Services from other companies

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us. Its own privacy policy applies to those messages.
• Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces, and Google Maps shows our office on the contact map. Your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and handles each page request, which includes your IP address.
• Links to our Instagram and Facebook pages take you to those sites, where their policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to provide the service and to keep the records the law requires. You can ask us to delete your messages and documents once your trip is complete.
